Don't upload anything that can be construed as copyrighted material, harassment, or spam. Also make sure you upload adult content under "Not safe for work". If you cant follow this, we will ban you, delete all your images, and prevent you from viewing any images hosted on adult-images.net.

1. About

adult-images.net provides a free and paid image and photo hosting service. Users of this service may upload as many digital images as they wish (withing the limits of their accounts) and can then let others view the images by letting them know the url of the image.

You are authorized to sign up for and use 1 (one) free account only. Any members suspected of creating more than 1 (one) free account may have their accounts deleted and all images removed at any time. This service is offered to those looking for personal image hosting. If any of your images uses excessive bandwidth we may delete the image from our servers with no prior notice and, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your account.

You agree that adult-images.net has the right to delete or suspend your account, block your IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the Service (or any part thereof), immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any "Content" within the Service, for any reason, without limitation. In addition, you agree that Hosting Service shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any early termination of your access to the Service.

Any images found to have uploaded Content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, inaccurate, or of Adult nature Under "Safe for work" will be deleted without prior notice.

The following types of files constitute Not safe for work and may not be uploaded under under that upload option, when using adult-images.net's Image Hosting :

• Pornographic files. This includes, but is not limited to, files depicting genitalia, nudity, or sexual situations.

The following types of files constitute "abuse" and may not be uploaded under under that upload option, when using adult-images.net's Image Hosting :

• Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any laws.
• Files that infringe on the copyrights of any entity excluding the user.
• Files intending to harass or spam, or promote anything for commercial profit.

Uploading files that break our terms of service may result in the immediate termination of the user's ability to use adult-images.net. The adult-images.net website may not load, all adult-images.net-hosted files may not load, and all files and accounts related to the abusive files will be subject to deletion.

3. Copyright

All files are © to their respective owners. adult-images.net is not responsible for the content any uploaded files, nor is it in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded files. You must own the copyright, or have permission from the copyright holder for any images you upload to this website. adult-images.net Hosting Service is not responsible for, Content made available through the Service, and that by using the adult-images.net Service, you may be exposed to Content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. Any images found to break our terms and conditions will be removed with no warning. Anyone who uploads an image that violates our terms may be banned from using this site with no prior notice.

If you believe one of our members has uploaded images to our site that break our terms and conditions please provide us with the following information for a DMCA notice.

1. Identify yourself as either:
a)The owner of a copyrighted work(s), or
b). A person “authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
2. State your contact information, including your TRUE NAME, street address, telephone number, and email address.

4. Privacy Policy

All information provided by the user is strictly confidential. adult-images.net will never release any personal information about the user without permission. However, adult-images.net reserves the right to release all user information to appropriate authorities such as the FBI and Interpol if the user has violated the adult-images.net Terms of Service in the way of unlawful acts, such as the submission of Child Pornography.
